We are committed to empowering our people to deliver exceptional results. In this role, you will work closely with clients and play a key part in delivering meaningful outcomes.
About the Team
Our team is comprised of high calibre professionals who have transitioned from top tier and boutique environments. We pride ourselves on a collaborative and supportive culture where knowledge sharing is encouraged. We value the unique perspectives each individual brings to our collective success.
About You
You bring strong professional judgement and a people‑centred approach, with the ability to understand others, handle sensitive situations with care, and navigate complex interpersonal dynamics.
- A minimum of 5 years' PQE in employment law
- Experience in health and safety law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills to work with clients independently and mentor junior solicitors
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
