The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled
IT Project Manager with recent experience in IT Business Analysis
in Auckland, New Zealand with the drive and appetite to join our high performing Technology team in delivering exceptional technology solutions.

What You Will Do

• Be the Business Analysis assigned to engage with key stakeholders and SME to document business requirements and ensure these requirements support strategic objectives
• Engage with a skilled team to support the evaluation of business requests (initiatives) that may lead to an IT project
• Be the Project Manager responsible for the delivery of IT projects and supporting the implementation of business requirements as part of an IT solution
• Engage in multiple concurrent technology initiatives and projects
• Collaborate with IT project teams, including analysts, business resources, external resources and vendors, to ensure identified project outcomes and objectives are met
• Develop relationships with a variety of internal and external parties, to deliver optimal outcomes in a timely and efficient manner

What You Need

• Minimum of 10 years of proven ability to successfully support the delivery of projects and initiative requests as both an IT project manager and an IT business analyst
• Possess proven delivery, critical thinking skills and business process understanding
• SAP financial management skills
• The ability to drive and motivate others to achieve outcomes
• Flexibility and resilience to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change with business needs
• Highly developed skills in relationship management with the ability to motivate, inspire and persuade as well as demonstrate empathy and an understanding of, and sensitivity to stakeholders' needs
• Experience in delivering Transformation projects
• Experience working within IT PMO governance
