Job Description

Robert Bosch (Australia) Pty Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Undergraduate Sales and Marketing Student to join our Power Tools Team on a full-time basis for 12 months commencing January 2026.

You will gain valuable experience and knowledge as an integral part of our team. Some of the tasks that you will undertake with us include:

  • Supporting the Key Account Managers and Area Sales Managers in the creation of effective sales & marketing campaigns and customer submissions for the Bosch Power Tool Market (e.g. New Product Introduction process support for Key Accounts, Internal Presentations on PPT as per divisional requirements and Key Account Manager support via customer sales reporting and submission calendar creation)
  • Reporting of Key Account Monthly figures including, in stock information, competitor analysis/ catalogue summary of competitors and customers
  • Providing administrative support to the key account and sales team (e.g. purchasing processes and business procedures and liaison with marketing requests)
  • Providing product information and associated content to customers to support their eCommerce requirements

Please note that occasional international or domestic travel may be required.

Qualifications

To be considered for our Student Program, you are required to meet the following criteria:

  • Be currently enrolled in and have completed a minimum of 1 year towards a Business Studies or Management Undergraduate degree or similar
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal including a strong focus on customer and stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent attention to detail, be able to prioritise multiple tasks, work well within a team
  • Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders, including senior team members, while also working effectively autonomously
  • Have a strong interest in innovation, demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and open to opportunities to combine your studies with on-the-job learning
  • Exposure to Microsoft Office Suite
