Mō te tūranga | About the Role

As a Product Manager, you'll be part of the team responsible for setting up and managing the Trade Finance Products suite. This is a unique opportunity within the market to support the team establish a new product offering, you'll support Senior Product Managers to collaborate across the Value Chain to help design and improve processes, controls, and systems that contribute to product success, while assisting with change initiatives across the organisation.

In this role, you'll contribute to the full product lifecycle, including planning, financial performance, pricing, risk management, governance, and supporting strategic developments once products are established. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and continuous improvement.

• Experience in the Financial Services Industry, ideally banking
• Product management experience
• Exposure in change management processes
• An interest in Trade Finance (knowledge in this would be a bonus)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data
• Good stakeholder engagement skills and a collaborative approach
• Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively across different teams and functions
