The RoleWe are looking for a Superstar Manager who has the expertise to create a fresh, bright experience for every customer who walks through the doors in Dunedin. We'll give you the tools, training, and support to run a thriving hospitality business – and fast-track you to where you want to be.Full-time:25–40 hours per week4 to 5 days a week depending on preferenceWed -> Sat nights have Sun - Tuesday off (4 days on, 3 days off)Pay: $29–$36/hour (depending on experience) + clear pathways to move up quickly.You will:Ensure the environment within the site is always top notchGuarantee the customer journey for your outlet is being followed by all team membersMake sure quality of products, plus waiting times exceed expectationTake responsibility for daily/ weekly procedures including ordering, receiving and stock take.Lead your team, provide feedback and set a high example by always operating above the lineSkills / Experience / What we are looking for:Some management experience in a hospitality venueExcellent presentation and strong clear communicationLeadership, energy and enthusiasm, if you've been a leader in a sports team, school, university or volunteer organisation that is great.A managers certificate or LCQ is essentialYou're looking for a long term career in hospitalityOur StoryCook Brothers Hospitality Group started in Dunedin in 2004, and we've been on an epic ride ever since.
