Days Required: Monday to Sunday (flexible roster)

Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking committed and reliable Truck Drivers to join our team at Gurmehar Investments Limited in Auckland. The ideal candidates will be hard-working, flexible, and able to deliver excellent service while ensuring the safety and security of goods in transit.

Key Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

 Transporting and delivering goods in a safe and timely manner.

 Ensuring goods are strapped down correctly and removed safely.

 Checking documentation for each stage of loading and unloading (inward and outward) and submitting documentation on time.

 Manual loading and unloading when required.

 Planning routes and meeting delivery schedules.

 Inspecting goods for any damage and completing incident reports.

 Maintain accurate delivery records and collect proof of deliveries.

 Performing pre-trip and post-trip safety checks on equipment and trucks to ensure safe

travel.

 Ensuring vehicles are kept clean and tidy, and carrying out minor maintenance.

 Follow Health & Safety procedures at all times.

 Complying with all road safety and company guidelines.

Requirements

 A current and clean Truck Driving Licence (Class 4 or 5 preferred) or equivalent overseas

licence.

 Physically fit (some heavy lifting required).

 Good communication and time management skills.

 Flexible availability (rostered shifts, Monday to Sunday).

 No criminal record and ability to pass a drug test.

 Strong Health & Safety focus & adherence to all H&S procedures.

 Willingness to follow standard operating procedures.

 Committed and reliable.

 Time management skills and ability to work unsupervised.
