Join our dynamic team as an NZ Regulation Advisor responsible for overseeing licensing, monitoring, and regulatory compliance activities for the NZ Insolvency regime.
ABOUT THE ROLE - MŌ TĒNEI TŪRANGA
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the regulatory landscape and maintain the highest standards within the insolvency industry.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Assess insolvency licence applications, monitor practitioner compliance, and undertake full frontline oversight of insolvency regime.
- Further develop and undertake compliance processes, draft reports, and manage the annual confirmations for regulatory bodies.
- Manage licensed practitioner relationships and monitor review visits.
ABOUT YOU -HE KŌRERO MŌU
To be successful, you will have demonstrable experience in a similar role. Further, you will have:
A proactive "can-do" attitude with a hands-on approach to support team deliverables and adaptability to project involvement.
Strong relationship management skills with both internal and external stakeholders, including practitioners, regulators, and other relevant entities.
- Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage quality protocols and processes, particularly concerning privacy requirements.
- Proficiency in interpreting data, process improvement, and experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Prior regulatory or compliance role experience, especially in the insolvency industry preferred.
