What You'll Do
  • Build, test, and release new features regularly in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Work across the full development lifecycle, from concept and design to release and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Operations to understand challenges and develop smart, customer-focused solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and follow best practices to keep the platform stable and scalable.
  • Review code, share feedback, and help your teammates grow.
  • Contribute ideas that shape both the product and the technology behind it.
About You
  • 3+ years of Intermediate/5+ Years for Senior experience as a Full Stack Developer (experience with .NET, Java, Ruby, or Python is ideal).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills; you enjoy working closely with others to deliver great outcomes.
  • Experience working with or building SaaS products.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where releases happen multiple times a day.
  • Open to learning new technologies, especially Ruby on Rails if it's new to you.
  • Curious, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve.
  • Familiar with automated testing and continuous deployment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience scaling large systems.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Postgres, or Terraform.
  • Mentoring experience or interest in helping junior developers grow.
