Why are we seeking expressions of interest

MAS is embarking on a significant programme of work and investment in our core technology platforms to bring our Member promise to life. The Elevate Programme sits at the heart of MAS's strategic ambition to deliver market‑leading, human‑centred experiences for Members and staff. This is a multi-year, multi-faceted programme of work and will require expertise to support our aspirations. These ambitions include making the necessary changes in line with the vision, mission, and behaviours.

What are we looking for

We have an immediate need for a Senior Integration Developer to come on board as an independent contractor or as a 6-month fixed-term contractor to:

  • Develop and deploy event-driven integration solutions using cloud-native services, particularly within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem (e.g. Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management, App Services, etc.)

  • Develop and maintain server-side applications using programming languages such as C#, SQL

  • Design and implement integration solutions using modern frameworks, APIs and middleware platforms

  • Ensure integrations are optimised for cloud scalability, security and performance

  • Implement Azure infrastructure using pipeline, using yaml and bicep

  • Apply industry-standard integration patterns (e.g. message queuing, publish/subscribe, orchestration, etc.) to ensure robust and reliable data flows
