We're looking for an
experienced Import Operator
with a passion for international shipping to
manage and coordinate import operations
, ensuring smooth, timely, and compliant deliveries for our clients.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage
    end-to-end import processes
    for
    seafreight and airfreight shipments
  • Coordinate with
    carriers, clients, and internal teams
    to ensure accurate documentation and timely releases
  • Maintain shipment data and client records in our
    transport management systems
  • Monitor key milestones and ensure compliance with
    international shipping regulations

What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience
    in international shipping and import operations
  • Strong
    attention to detail
    and excellent
    time management skills
  • A
    problem-solving mindset
    and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with
    CargoWise
    or similar transport management systems
