Description

What you'll do

  • Plan and schedule build resources using MS Project (or equivalent), ensuring all client requests are met.
  • Coordinate all job lifecycle activities including site readiness, consents, material ordering and subcontractor management.
  • Manage job documentation, RFS commitments, risks, and SLAs to ensure accurate reporting and delivery.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by providing regular updates on progress, risks and challenges.
  • Identify improvement opportunities to enhance project performance and contract margin.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in build planning, scheduling or project coordination within utilities, telecoms, construction or related sectors.
  • Strong ability to plan, coordinate and integrate activities across the full job lifecycle.
  • Proficiency with MS Project or similar project scheduling tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder and client management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage risk, quality, cost and schedule to drive strong project outcomes.
