As a Customer Service Representative, you will be our customers' first point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers are provided with accurate and professional assistance and advice while maintaining customer details in our CRM database.

**We’re looking for**:

- Experience in a customer service or administration environment

Our Customer Service Team is based in Palmerston North and operates from Monday to Friday.

Please note: only applicants with the legal right to work in New Zealand will be considered for this role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $21.20 - $22.50 per year
