As an Accounts Payable, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of supplier invoices and payments.This is for a 6 month fixed term contract.

You will work closely with internal teams an external vendor, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring financial process run efficiently.

What kind of work may be involved?

  • Process, verify and reconcile invoices in a timely manner
  • Manager the accounts payable inbox and respond to supplier queries
  • Prepare and execute weekly and monthly payment runs
  • Match purchase orders, invoices and delivery notes
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Assist with month-end close tasks
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Support process improvements within the finance functions

Ideal skills & experience:

  • 5 years relevant experience in Accounts Payable
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Good communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting software, Pronto, CAAPS - Lynn Role add, Greentree, Edocs.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
