We're currently looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves, lead from the front, and inspire their team to deliver excellence every day.

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the smooth running of our housekeeping operations. From ensuring rooms are turned around to the highest standard, to supporting your team in busy periods, this is a role where no two days are the same. You'll be hands-on, approachable, and confident in managing a diverse and tenured team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supervising daily housekeeping operations, ensuring hotel and brand standards are met
  • Working alongside your team – stepping in to clean rooms or public areas when needed
  • Creating and managing staff rosters to meet business demands
  • Handling ordering and stock control for the department
  • Supporting recruitment, training, and development of housekeeping staff
  • Maintaining health & safety, compliance, and service standards
  • Communicating effectively with staff, management, and other departments

What we're looking for:

  • Previous supervisory experience in housekeeping
  • Strong admin and computer skills – Excel knowledge is a plus
  • Confidence in managing rosters, budgets, and ordering processes
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage different personalities within the team
  • A hands-on attitude and the willingness to work alongside your team when required
  • Great problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure

This is a full-time 40-hour per week position with a variable rotating roster, which will include weekends and public holidays. Pay range of $26 to $28 per hour, depending on experience.
