Housekeeping Team All Rounder

Would you like to gain experience across a variety of tasks/roles in our housekeeping team?  Are you good at adapting to different roles on different days?  Are you a hard worker who is able to work on their own at times?

This position requires the ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week on a rotating roster, Monday - Sunday,  with availability to work between the hours of 8am - 8pm.

Your role is to provide a high standard of cleaning, sanitisation, and service delivery for Village Accommodation Group, reporting to our Housekeeping Duty Managers and Housekeeping Supervisors. Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.

Your goal might be to move into higher level supervision and management, or just have a steady job working alongside good people - either way, come and talk to us

Required Skills:

  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work in a team environment towards a common goal
  • Good organisational skills and identifying priorities
  • Able to follow a check list
  • Previous housekeeping cleaning experience in hotels is preferred but not essential
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required
  • Be prepared to do physical work and be on your feet for extended periods
