Astra Radiology, part of the Integral Diagnostics (IDX) Group, is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our supportive team in Auckland. This part-time role offers the chance to be the welcoming face of our clinic.

What you'll do:

  • Greet patients and provide front-desk support
  • Answer calls and respond to patient enquiries
  • Book appointments and manage patient records
  • Provide procedure and billing information
  • Process payments and EFTPOS transactions
  • Assist with claims and general admin duties

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in a receptionist or healthcare admin role
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and booking systems
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multitask
  • Professional, empathetic, and team-focused
