About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Merchandising Manager with a strong commercial acumen the ability to lead and inspire staff in multiple stores.
Presentation of our stores to highest level will be your main priority, and strong relationships with Category Managers and branch teams will help you achieve this.
Launches and seasonal collections will require careful planning and management, and direct management of the Furniture Accessory category will be a key part of your role.
About You
A genuine passion for interiors and knowledge of current style trends is essential to be successful at McKenzie & Willis.
You should bring a good understanding of category management, sales and GP, and an ability to analyse performance for future planning.
Above all, you should bring a can-do, collaborative style to this role and value great relationships as much as we do.
