Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS)

What you will do:

Managing traffic management operations on-site. You will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards while also pitching in doing minor civil work.

  • Oversee and implement approved Traffic Management Plans (TMPs).
  • Ensure all traffic management activities comply with NZTA and company standards.
  • Conduct on-site risk assessments and ensure all TTM setups meet approved Traffic Management Plans (TMPs).
  • Lead and coordinate Traffic Controllers and labourers on active sites
  • Assist with civil construction tasks such as trenching, pipe laying, concreting, reinstatements, roading, and general site preparation.
  • Operate small tools and machinery as required

What we are looking for :

  • STMS L1/STMS Universal STMS category A&B
  • Full drivers license, class 2 endorsement
  • Sound understanding of NZTA standards and
  • H&S Champion
  • Team player, willing assist where needed
  •  Be physically fit with a strong work ethic
  • Proactive attitude
  • Strong communication skills Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing site conditions.
  • Full NZ driver's license
