Digital Marketing Specialist
FIXED TERM (12 Months)

This is a key role focused on
delivery our global media strategy, data-driven marketing to grow acquisition
and sales for our direct-to-consumer fitness app LES MILLS+. The Digital
Marketing Specialist will support the execution of our engagement marketing,
paid media and measurement strategy, and support the team in  ongoing optimisation of our growth and
engagement marketing efforts. Some understanding of digital marketing, paid
media and leveraging data to identify actionable insights is an advantage.

 - Digital Marketing Expertise: Experience in lifecycle marketing,
engagement campaigns, and acquisition strategies across multiple channels.
 - Paid Media Knowledge: Understanding of paid media platforms
(e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) and how to optimise campaigns for performance, noting we do
work with a paid media agency.
 - Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyse marketing data, identify actionable
insights, and apply them to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention.
 - Marketing Automation Tools: An advantage to have hands-on experience
with tools such as , or similar for campaign execution and optimisation. Other
tools include MS suite, PowerBI, GA4, Miro, Figma
 - Performance Measurement: Strong analytical skills to track KPIs,
measure ROI, and report on campaign effectiveness.
 - Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and
projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
 - Compliance Awareness: Understanding of list management
processes, data privacy, and PII implications.
