About The role:
We're looking for a AI
& ML Engineer within our Data, Analytics & AI team. We are focused on driving business value by unlocking the potential of data,
analytics, and artificial intelligence to deliver data products and solutions that
support Les Mills' mission of creating a fitter planet.

Skills and
experience you'll need:
You'll bring hands-on experience
developing, deploying, and optimising machine learning and AI solutions, with
strong proficiency in Python, ML frameworks, and cloud platforms. Your
experience spans the full ML lifecycle—from data preparation and model building
to integration and monitoring—paired with a collaborative approach to solving
complex business challenges. A passion for innovation, continuous learning, and
turning data-driven insights into real-world impact is essential.

You will ideally
need experience in the following:
 - Hands-on experience developing, deploying, and monitoring
machine learning systems in production environments.
 - Proficiency with Python and modern ML frameworks (e.g.,
TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
 - Experience with SQL, data warehousing solutions (e.g.,
Snowflake, DBT), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
 - Familiarity with MLOps practices, including CI/CD, model
registry, monitoring, and automated retraining.
 - Demonstrated ability to assess business needs, determine
whether to build, buy, or partner for AI/ML solutions, and successfully
implement the best approach for the organisation.
 - Proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and
communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
