About the Role

New Product Development is central to our business, and we're excited to offer a role responsible for assisting in the management of our global product development portfolio across the Manuka honey, skincare, and supplement categories.

Reporting directly to the co-founder, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure all products align with our Me Today ethos and product strategy.

This is a six-month fixed-term contract role set to begin early 2026.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Identifying and managing the global NPD pipeline for skincare and supplements, from discovery and concept development to testing and product launch.
  • Overseeing development processes, including product formulation, compliance, sourcing, and assessing commercial viability.
  • Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to ensure NPD aligns with brand standards and strategy.
  • Understanding regulatory compliance standards for dietary supplements, skincare, and Manuka honey, while engaging with local and international suppliers and consultants.
  • Driving innovation through market research and continuously improving existing products based on consumer insights.
  • Sourcing raw materials and NPD packaging, evaluating product performance, and compiling NPD COGS with finance.
  • Creating effective packaging copy that reflects the Me Today brand voice and maintaining quality assurance programs.
  • Supporting product compliance for markets in China, the UK, Ireland, Japan, and Australia.
  • Leading training sessions for internal teams and external partners, and assisting with customer support communications for consumer inquiries.

About You

We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and engaging individual who values strong relationships. You will be a skilled communicator, able to convey technical information in a way that resonates with consumers. Key attributes required include:

  • A qualification in Health Science or Naturopathy.
  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience.
  • A product-focused mindset with commercial awareness.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication abilities and multitasking proficiency.
  • Comfortable presenting to groups.
  • A passion for environmental sustainability.
