We are excited to share that this role will predominantly focus on the development of our Clinical team with a key focus in ensuring we deliver a high standard of daily clinical practice at a facility level.

Ngā Responsibilities Matua | Key Responsibilities

As the Clinical Nurse Lead, who is adding value to our homes, your key responsibilities are:

  • Review, facilitate and enhance patient healthcare and measuring outcomes;
  • Evaluating healthcare treatments and potential risks for diverse populations;
  • Implementing and overseeing safety standards in the working environment;
  • Mentoring and coordinating care among nurses and medical professionals throughout the facility;
  • Delegating and overseeing the healthcare delivery of a resident cohort.

Mōu | About you

We are seeking a highly motivated Registered Nurse with three years+ NZ experience who has;

  • A talent for building and growing strong teams;
  • Sharing their skill and knowledge to deliver outstanding Healthcare;
  • Great communication skills both written and oral in English;
  • Have significant experience in leading external audits within the aged care sector;
  • Builds strong relationships with families and residents as well as broad collegial networks across the sector and their community.
