OneStopDeckShop Wanaka is growing — and we are on the lookout for a motivated, hands-on team player to join us in a Sales Support role.
You will be the friendly face customers see when they visit our Wanaka branch, helping both retail and trade customers with their decking, timber, landscaping & cladding needs; while assisting our sales team across our OneStopDeckShop & Timberline businesses.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Opening and closing the store
- Providing great customer service, sales support, quote preparation, pipeline management & sample requests
- Processing small volumes of inwards and outwards goods (including forklift operation)
- Helping maintain stock levels and tidy displays
- Assisting with sales support, quote preparation, order placement for our 'sister' company – Timberline
- Be a general "good sort" who is willing to help across all facets of our business from supporting our sales team to small-scale order make-up to sales execution. The odd visit to site may also be required to support our growing customer base
This is an exciting opportunity for a real go-getter who is keen to learn the business from the ground up. As OneStopDeckShop & Timberline continues to expand, there will be opportunities to grow into other roles within the Central Otago region, especially sales focused roles. Great computer skills, excellent phone manner and a personable approach with people are a must to be successful in this role.
