We are now seeking a passionate store management team to help bring our brand new store to life and serve the community of Wanaka, opening late September

Wanaka is a resort town on New Zealand's South Island. Set on the southern end of its namesake lake with views of snow-capped mountains, it's the gateway to the Southern Alps' Mount Aspiring National Park, Treble Cone and Cardrona ski resorts and a wilderness of glaciers, beech forests and alpine lakes.

**Job Description**:
As Sales Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing critical customer-facing processes, including Checkouts, Loss Prevention, and Administration/Cashier.

This is an opportunity to lead and develop a fresh team of dedicated professionals in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business success by leading, coaching, and motivating them to deliver exceptional results, while also ensuring compliance with internal audit standards, Worksafe administration, and other key performance metrics.

**Qualifications**:
We need someone here who is a self-driven, confident leader with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of delivering high levels of performance through your team.

Excellence in customer service will be your priority and having a good understanding of cash and checkout procedures, as well as product services, and the ability to interpret and execute plans effectively will ensure you are successful in this role
