Description

About Us

Fletcher Living has delivered several high-quality and successful apartment buildings as part of our residential communities in Auckland and Canterbury since 2017. There is now a growing demand for higher density homes to help address population growth and affordability in Auckland, and to cater to changing tastes in city-fringe suburbs.

We've launched a dedicated business unit to manage the planning, delivery and sale of our Auckland-based apartment projects. This is an exciting opportunity to help drive the apartments business and be a major contributor to developing the brand and customer base.

Why Join Us?

We're a high performing business and are proud to say that we have a highly engaged and successful team. We have a fantastic people culture and encourage everyone to bring their full and genuine selves to work. Our workplaces are enriched by many different nationalities, languages, religions, and customs. We're proud of this diversity and understand that it brings a richer and broader perspective to how we operate by helping us connect better with our people and with our customer base.

The Role

As a New Home Consultant for the Apartments business unit, you will be an important member of the Sales team responsible for selling both existing apartments and brand new off-the-plan apartments to our valued customers. You will be using Salesforce to track and follow up with leads generated by our website and other marketing tools. As a New Home Consultant in our team, you will provide a positive and seamless experience for our customers.

This is a permanent part-time role, 20 hours per week with some weekend shifts required. We're open to discussing what flexibility could look like for the right person.

The main focus of this role will be Belvedere at The Hill, Remuera. Belvedere is a premium apartment development now under construction within the new neighbourhood we have created at The Hill, Remuera. This stunning building, designed by Warren & Mahoney, offers a new perspective on high-end apartment living. There has been strong interest and sales to date, and vertical construction is well underway.

About You

The ideal candidate will be a driven self-starter with plenty of initiative and the desire to take ownership of their sales portfolio whilst building great customer relationships. You don't need to have previous Real Estate sales experience; we need someone who loves working with people, excellent communication skills, takes pride in being professionally presented, and is able to make a strong first impression.

We're looking for someone who's systems-savvy and understands the value of turning data into actionable insights. You'll be confident building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline by establishing meaningful relationships with our customers and helping them along the journey to ownership of their new home.

Although we are looking for sales hungry, motivated people, we also care how we do things here at Fletcher Living. We have a strong focus on teamwork, collaboration, and growth through shared learning. If you're passionate about customer service and enjoy working closely with others, we'd love to hear from you.

Application Process

Please apply online.

Please note applications will be reviewed during the week commencing 12 January 2026. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted from this date.

We welcome your individuality. We are enriched by so many nationalities, languages, religions, customs, and lifestyles. We are proud of our diversity and see it as one of the things that make us stronger.
