About the role

Based at our Penrose branch, you'll work within a telesales team - your key goal will be providing first-class service to a portfolio of existing clients using our courier delivery services. Focused on client retention, you'll make daily calls and identify and action upselling opportunities to increase revenue from our existing customers. You'll be driven by the achievement of weekly targets and in return rewarded with a generous incentive scheme. The ideal candidate will have a qualification in supply chain / logistics or will have proven sales experience for retaining and growing a large portfolio of customers.

This is a permanent full time role working Monday to Friday during standard business hours (40 hours per week).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieving daily call targets to your portfolio of existing customers
  • Hunting for upselling prospects within your customer portfolio
  • Keeping up-to-date with all New Zealand Couriers products and courier services
  • Actively carrying out regular competitor analysis
