Laboratory Manager – WSP Research and Innovation Centre - Petone, Wellington

WSP is seeking a proven leader who embraces technology to head our Research and Innovation Centre Laboratory in Petone. You will set the strategic direction for the Materials Testing Laboratory, inspire and develop a multidisciplinary team, and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Your leadership will ensure compliance with IANZ and safety standards, drive business growth, and strengthen client relationships. You will also champion the adoption of new technologies and digital solutions to enhance laboratory operations, quality assurance, and project delivery.

About you:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Minimum of 15 years' professional experience in a laboratory or related discipline.
  • Current, clean driver's license.
  • Proven Business development track record.
  • Proven leadership experience.
