What You'll Be Doing

As Gym Manager, you'll oversee all day to day activities and ensure smooth delivery of services and programmes.

Responsibilities include:

· Managing gym memberships, onboarding, and retention strategies

· Creating efficient systems and processes to enhance member experience

· Creating staff rosters and class schedules that meet member needs

· Driving sales, promotions, and community engagement campaigns

· Leading your team to deliver a world-class service

· Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming gym environment

· Controlling operational costs and tracking KPIs

· Using Gym Master software to manage bookings, communications, and performance
