**Station Village is on the hunt for an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to join our team**

Station Village is a multi-venue site which includes:

- Sin Bin - the coolest sports bar and gaming venue in the Valley
- Rizzo’s Pizzeria & Kitchen - an Italian themed restaurant serving delicious brunch, pasta and pizzas (to be re-opened in the coming months)
- Gauchos - a Brazilian Churrasco BBQ themed restaurant featuring some of the finest slow-roasted meats (to be re-opened later this year)
- Hopscotch - one of Lower Hutt's favourite function spaces, the perfect place to host a party

We're looking for an Assistant Venue Manager to work across all four sites The role is a very hands-on operational position requiring presence during key service times to ensure the teams across the complex are delivering memorable experiences to our customers. You will be responsible for running shifts across all (soon to be) 4 venues while building a good team culture and driving business. You will also provide support to the Venue Manager, utilising your administration and leadership skills.

The ideal applicant will be energetic, fun-loving, enthusiastic and able to show us what awesome hospitality is
- A minimum 3 years experience in hospitality with at least 1 years experience in a management role
- A current LCQ & Duty Manager’s license is essential
- The ability to be a great multi-tasker
- Experience managing high volume turnover venues
- Proven leadership skills
- The ability to effectively delegate
- Organisational and time-management skills
