The Doctors Silverstream Group has grown, and we are seeking a Practice Manager keen to take up a new challenge supporting the General Manager. Reporting to the General Manager you will provide day to day operations management supporting our 3 practices: The Doctors Silverstream, High Street Health Hub and The Doctors Muritai.

We have an opening in our busy medical centre. **This is a permanent full time position working 40 hours across Monday to Friday.**

The purpose of this role is to oversee daily operations, including HR, financial management, quality improvement, and compliance. Responsibilities involve managing staff, ensuring legal compliance, fostering relationships, and coordinating building maintenance.

**You will bring to the role**:

- Prior experience in Practice Management in a GP practice.
- Have strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Be honest, reliable and self motivated.
- Be able to work independently and in a team.
- Have financial management or accounting skills.
