Job Description

The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated self-starter with to join our busy team.  

This is a key support position that plays an essential role in the successful delivery of our maintenance and operations programme. By joining us, you'll help our teams deliver a State Highway we can all be proud of.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance, keeping accurate records, and delivering efficient support to our Maintenance Delivery Leads and the wider delivery team. Your contribution will directly enable the smooth running of our busy programme and the continued safety and reliability of our network.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


•    Compliance and accuracy: Maintain registers for plant, equipment, and PPE; ensure timely completion of timesheets; support recordkeeping and reporting systems.

•    Operational support: Provide administration assistance to Delivery Leads, support daily planning and reviews, and enable efficient team operations.

•    Financial and procurement processes: Assist with claims, accounts payable/receivable, purchase orders, and logistical needs such as materials and fleet bookings.

•    Reporting and coordination: Prepare monthly and ad hoc reports, manage documentation, and organise meetings including agendas and minutes.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will bring previous experience in administration, strong computer skills, and proven competence across the Microsoft Office suite. You will thrive in a fast paced environment where change is constant, and demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
