We are now looking for an Advice Centre Assistant Manager to join the ASB family at our Bayfair Branch.

Te tūranga | The role:
Reporting to the Advice Centre Manager your job will be to help co-ordinate the delivery of ASB's products and services to branch based customers, through the proactive leadership, management and development of our frontline team, ensuring unbeatable customer outcomes. You will be actively involved in assisting the Advice Centre Manager to enhance the capability and operation of the branch.

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week, on a flexible roster Monday - Saturday at our Bayfair Branch.
You will be responsible to lead and manage the Customer Specialists on site. We are looking for a capable and hands-on Assistant Advice Centre Manager who can work independently and be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the branch.

You will need to be passionate and have the ability to drive and motivate others to provide unbeatable experiences and outcomes for our customers. In this fast-paced environment, you will have the ability to lead, coach and develop your frontline team.

Your leadership qualities and the ability to operate in a highly regulated environment will enable you to give clear direction, guidance, and support as required. We are looking for applicants who can build credibility with their team, are pro-active, and are confident in their ability to foster successful team environments.
