We are a Te Awamutu based Civil Infrastructure, Earthmoving, Contracting and Transport company.  We are currently seeking an experienced Foreman/Machine Operator to assist with supervising projects.  Suitable candidates will have 10-15yrs (min) industry experience, with experience in a similar role or someone looking to take the next step in their career.

What you bring to the role:

  • Class 1, 2 and WTR, Preferable up to CL5 (but not necessarily)
  • Expected to lead and motivate site teams, leading from the front on the ground
  • Follow programs and project specifications to meet client requirements
  • Reporting to the General Manager for daily programming and sequencing of resource
  • Strong focus on health and safety not only for yourself, your colleagues but also the public
  • Be reliable, honest and a flexible team player
  • Remuneration based on experience
  • Vehicle + phone included

Additional Skills (Advantageous/Not compulsary)

  • Drainlaying
  • Machine Control experience
  • Grader experience
