Job Description

Join the Inframax Cyclic Crew as a Labourer and play a key role in maintaining and improving our network infrastructure. You will complete a variety of tasks as directed by the Foreman and Supervisor, ensuring all work meets health, safety, and company standards. This role involves working at multiple sites across the network, contributing to civil construction, drainage, and water-related duties.  Key responsibilities will include;

  • Follow Traffic Management and Site Safety Plans to keep everyone safe.
  • Complete labouring and civil construction tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Safely operate and maintain vehicles, plant, and equipment.
  • Communicate clearly with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Champion Health & Safety, spotting and reducing risks.
  • Keep Foreman and Supervisor updated on progress and job completion.
Qualifications

You're reliable, safety-conscious, and a practical problem-solver. You take pride in your work, follow instructions closely, and thrive in a team environment. You're adaptable, proactive, and always willing to step in where needed to get the job done right.   You will also have the following;

  • Full, clean New Zealand Driver's License (Class 1).
  • TTM Worker or TMO Worker Warrant.
  • Ability to follow instructions diligently and work independently.
  • Strong risk awareness and commitment to safety.
  • Positive, adaptable team player with a "can-do" attitude.
