Join our 24/7 unit as a flexible clinical assessment technician, which is a position known internally in our business as a Clinical Research Technician and explore a variety of shifts. Experience the support of our team while expanding your skills and diving into the intriguing aspects of research.

Our Clinical Research Technicians provide support to our Research Nurses. They are an essential part of our clinical team and have significant impact on our patient and participant happiness and wellbeing. From a day-to-day perspective, you will handle phlebotomy tasks, operate equipment such as ECG machines and support the nursing team in a wide range of nursing tasks.

We are looking for Casual Clinical Research Technicians to start from Jan 2026. This role is ideal for people who only want casual shifts or are working part-time hours. Candidates who already have a full-time job won't be considered for this role. Hours as per roster.

What you will bring:

  • Previous clinical skills (preferred)
  • Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or similar
  • Good organisational skills – able to manage timeframes and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of reading and writing English
  • Experience in an allied health field would be beneficial.
  • Phlebotomy trained preferred, but training can be provided.
