We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support our CEO and COO in a role that is critical to the smooth functioning of our executive leadership.
This position requires a dynamic individual who can confidently manage complex calendars, coordinate Board communications and planning, and bring deep administrative expertise. Strategic thinking and strong communication skills are essential to ensure the effective execution of both day to day operations and long-term priorities.
To succeed in this role, you'll bring proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior leadership as well as board governance. You'll be a confident relationship-builder with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage across all levels of the organisation. Exceptional organisational abilities are essential, along with the capacity to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
You'll be a proactive problem solver who anticipates needs and resolves issues with efficiency. High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools is expected, as is meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Discretion and a strong customer service orientation are key. A working knowledge of tikanga and the ability to converse in Te Reo Māori will be highly regarded.
