ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

As a Retail Assistant at our Black Pepper Chartwell store, you'll provide exceptional customer service, assist with stock management, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment. You'll help customers find the perfect fit, work collaboratively with your team, and bring a positive, can-do attitude to every shift. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fashion, values great service, and is looking for flexible, rewarding work in a friendly retail setting.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Assist customers with product selections and offer styling advice
• Maintain store appearance, ensuring it's clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Handle transactions efficiently and accurately at the register
• Stock and replenish merchandise, ensuring product availability
• Support store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
• Work as part of a team to meet sales targets and store goals

ABOUT YOU

• Passion for providing style advice to make a difference in our customers lives and make their day
• Experience in a customer facing sales/retail role in a team environment
• Able to commit to a shift pattern& some flexibility to assist in peak trade periods
• You can adapt your selling style to meet the needs of the customer in front of you
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Please note this is a Part Time role working 7.5 hours per week across a Thursday and Sunday.
