Your Mission:

  • Manage and expand a commercial client portfolio across Wellington and some regional areas when required, including key stakeholders like builders, contractors, developers, architects and consultants
  • Deliver compelling presentations that build trust and close complex deals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow your sales pipeline strategically
  • Provide valuable client insights to influence product development and market strategies
  • Maintain precise CRM data and accurate sales forecasts aligned with business objectives
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and trade shows

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven track record in sales, business development or account management, ideally within HVAC, refrigeration or related industries
  • Established relationships with builders, contractors, consultants, and developers in the commercial construction market
  • Commercial acumen combined with a client-first, solution-driven approach to foster repeat business
  • Outstanding face-to-face communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and disciplined pipeline and forecasting management
  • Qualifications in HVAC, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering are highly desirable
  • Valid driver's licence and ability to travel within Wellington and some regional travel when required
