Jennian Homes Tauranga and Western BoP are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction of high-quality residential new builds in the Tauranga & Western Bay of Plenty region.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the end-to-end construction process, from planning and scheduling to quality control and customer liaison.
- Coordinate and oversee all subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Effectively communicate with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns throughout the build process.
- Manage project budgets and costs, ensuring profitability and identifying opportunities for efficiencies.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant building codes, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the construction team.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in the residential construction industry.
- A proven track record for the quality of builds delivered and maintaining exceptionally tidy, well-organised worksites.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and coordinate construction teams to deliver high-quality projects.
- Strong references from within the industry are essential to confirm expertise and reliability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on finding practical solutions.
- Thorough understanding of building codes, regulations, and health and safety requirements.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Tertiary qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
