About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead our Dunedin operation. This pivotal role is responsible for the site's profitability, safety, operational performance, and customer satisfaction, ensuring all activity aligns with company standards and policies.

Reporting to the Regional Operations Director - South, and leading a team of around 40+ employees, you'll be a hands-on leader who can engage and inspire others, drive operational excellence, and foster long-term customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and champion Health & Safety to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.
  • Provide strong, positive leadership-coaching and developing team members to achieve their potential.
  • Build and maintain successful, profitable relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for new and existing business growth.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and asset maintenance at all times.
  • Oversee financial performance-managing budgets, costs, and reporting on variances.
  • Maintain compliance with all Lineage Logistics and regulatory requirements.
