Minimum 30 hours per week –

2 x 4 hour shifts  - 3 x 7.5 hour shifts

2 of the shifts are 9pm – 1am – Painting new graphics on the Golf driving Range when the business is closed to the public

The 3 x 7.5 hour shifts will vary each week depending on the business requirements.

Role Purpose

The Creative Director / Designer will lead concept development, design execution, and creative strategy across multiple mediums. This role blends artistic skill (including painting and illustration), digital design, marketing content creation, and end-to-end event management. You will play a central role in shaping our visual identity and delivering creative solutions for our brand and internal campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead creative direction for branding, design, marketing campaigns, and visual communication

· Produce high-quality artwork including digital illustrations, graphic design, and hand-painted or mixed-media pieces

· Develop marketing materials such as social content, promotional graphics, print layouts, and advertising concepts

· Coordinate and manage creative aspects of events, including concept development, visual styling, signage, installation, and on-site execution

· Oversee project timelines, creative workflows, and deliverables

· Collaborate with clients and internal teams to refine creative briefs and ensure alignment with brand strategy

· Maintain and manage digital social media platforms

· Stay updated with design trends, marketing practices, and new creative technologies

· Ensure all work meets quality, brand, and compliance standards

Skills & Experience Required

· Proven experience in a Creative Director, Senior Designer, or multidisciplinary creative role

· Strong portfolio showcasing visual design, illustration/painting, branding, and marketing work

· Experience managing or directing creative projects from concept to execution

· Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Cloud or similar)

· Experience in event design, styling, production, or creative event management

· Strong understanding of marketing principles, audience engagement, and content strategy

· Excellent communication, client-facing, and project-coordination skills

· Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results under deadlines
