We're
looking for a Global
Club Marketing Lead – Growth to help deliver our global B2B paid media strategy and marketing campaigns that
drive growth for clubs and instructors. This is your chance to connect your

About
the role

• Design and execute global paid media
campaigns to drive club pipeline growth and instructor recruitment.

• Work closely with sales and marketing
teams across the globe, specifically in the US, UK and Germany

• Develop marketing assets for B2B
campaigns across ad creative, messaging and websites, in collaboration with
internal teams

• Drive the day-to-day operations with
media agencies and external partners

• Monitor and optimize campaign performance
using data to drive decision making

• Develop and deliver reporting on paid
activity to our marketing teammates across the globe

• Champion a test-and-learn approach to
enhance performance and uncover new opportunities

About you:

• 3+
years' experience in digital marketing across paid and organic acquisition
channels

• Skilled
in briefing and managing creative, digital, and media agency relationships

• Strong
understanding of media performance metrics (CPM, CPA, CPC, LTV) and data-driven
decision-making

• Experience
with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and project
management platforms (JIRA, Miro, Confluence).

• Excellent
communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple
priorities in a fast-paced environment.
