About the Role

In this hands-on contract position, you'll take responsibility for end-to-end Accounts Receivable across multiple business entities. You'll manage high-volume transactional processing while also ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong internal controls. Your ability to quickly understand existing workflows—and improve them where needed—will be key to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end AR management across multiple entities
  • Daily invoicing, receipting, reconciliations, and debtor follow-up
  • Managing intercompany transactions and complex billing requirements
  • Identifying process gaps and driving improvements
  • Preparing AR reports and supporting month-end deadlines
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support with AP tasks as required

About You

  • Proven experience in Accounts Receivable within a multi-entity environment
  • Strong technical understanding of reconciliations and intercompany processes
  • Systems savvy and confident picking up new tools quickly
  • A natural problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Able to work independently, prioritise effectively, and deliver to deadlines
  • Available immediately or on short notice
  • Please note this business does have a Christmas shut down period
