About the role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi

The role will report to the LifeKeepers Senior Manager. You will be involved in a range of activities: project management, workshop facilitation, online technical support, reporting and stakeholder engagement.

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. You will be working Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm. Our office is based in Manukau, South Auckland.

The role will support the Senior Manager and the team to help develop and deliver Aotearoa, New Zealand's national suicide prevention programme. This means leading specific projects within the LifeKeepers and the wider Le Va team and meeting the required performance standard.

You will be passionate about enhancing Māori well-being, by supporting mental health and eliminating inequities, and poor outcomes for Māori communities. You will have the skills, knowledge, and experience to inspire and manage.

Essential:

  • Strong administrative and coordination skills, with proven experience managing multiple priorities.
  • Computer literate, confident in learning new systems and digital tools (full training on the Learning Management System will be provided).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and comfortable working across multiple digital platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
