The Role

We are seeking motivated Customer Services Representative to join our high performing team based at our Botany or Albany office. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day servicing of a set client group, ensuring that all service level agreements are achieved, internal SOPs are followed, and regulatory requirements are met.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a growing portfolio of both existing and new customers.
  • Support customers from initial quotation, order placement right through to final mile delivery and all reporting and system requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with our customers.
  • Liaise well with all internal & external stakeholders to achieve our common goals.
  • Receive and manage any customer complaints/service queries

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Freight Forwarding operations experience
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills.
  • Great team player.
  • Possess a positive, customer-oriented mind set.
