Mercedes-Benz Botany are looking for an experienced, proactive Service Advisor (2+ years) to join our high performing Service team.

This is a customer service and sales-focused role. You'll be the face of the service department, building trust, advising customers on service solutions, and delivering a premium experience every day. Mercedes-Benz experience is an advantage, but not essential.

What you'll do


• Own the customer journey from booking to vehicle handover

• Write up jobs clearly, provide estimates, gain approvals, and keep customers updated

• Work closely with the workshop to deliver on time and to a high standard

• Recommend service solutions confidently and ethically to meet customer needs

What you'll bring


• 2+ years' experience as a Service Advisor (or strong automotive customer service experience)

• Sales-minded service style: confident communicator, great rapport builder, calm under pressure

• Strong organisation, attention to detail, and pride in doing things properly

• Full NZ Driver Licence and NZ working rights
