About the Role

The SAP Success Factors Test Consultant is responsible for delivering high-quality testing services across TTC Global's client engagements. This role ensures that functional, integration, and user acceptance testing activities are executed effectively within both traditional and Agile delivery environments.

While the position is based in Auckland CBD with office hours between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (40 hours per week), we are open to applicants from any location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform testing activities for SAP Success Factors, including:

  • Employee Central

  • Payroll
  • Contribute to project delivery by applying appropriate testing approaches within traditional and Agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate closely with business users to support and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Ensure assigned work is achieved within the agreed timeframes and visible to stakeholders
  • Analyse requirements and create test scripts and requirements traceability
  • Apply testing methodologies and principles to execute non-UI and automated test cases
  • Use tools to increase efficiency of testing including automation execution, provisioning of data and generation of test data
  • Identify, analyse and manage defects
  • Provide leadership, technical support and consulting for the wider test team

Experience & Skills

  • 5 – 10 years hands on experience and exposure to all types of testing
  • Demonstrated experience delivering testing services for SAP Success Factors and potentially other ERP systems.
  • Experience working collaboratively with end users during UAT cycles.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and support teams in achieving testing objectives.
  • Experience operating in Senior Test Analyst/Engineer roles.
  • Test Lead experience an advantage but not a requirement
  • Excellent analytical skills essential, must be able to identify areas of non-functional risk within an application

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or similar is desirable.
  • ISTQB Certified ideal, but not essential.
  • Relevant Industry Qualifications i.e. Agile Certification desirable.
