**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

This is a rare opportunity for a suitably experienced and qualified mental health nurse to join the team as a Nurse Specialist.

Community Mental Health Services provide a multi-disciplinary, recovery focussed service for clients living in Te Toka Tumai Auckland. You will be part of a dedicated service, supporting excellent clinical care while developing your existing Mental Health knowledge and clinical skills in an established and multidisciplinary work environment.

You will be working with a well-established management team and senior nursing group. There is also excellent opportunity for support from the wider multi-disciplinary team.

You will impress us with your depth of knowledge of relevant evidence based psychological therapies, high level of time management and organisational skills and demonstrated ability to work with people from a range of cultural backgrounds. You will maintain a clinical caseload for the Taylor Centre but will work across the CMHC teams to support the development of individual and group therapy knowledge and skills.

**Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills**

To be eligible you will need to be:

- Registered Mental Health Nurse with NZ registration and a current APC
- Level 3 or Level 4 PDRP
- 5 years’ experience in Mental Health and community mental health care experience
- Post Graduate Certificate in psychotherapy
