We are seeking a Commercial Door Service Technician to join our Commercial Division, servicing and installing doors across Christchurch.
About the Role
- Install and repair commercial garage doors and automatic openers
- Conduct accurate site assessments and measurements
- Schedule and manage jobs efficiently, including after-hours callouts
- Follow health and safety protocols and maintain equipment and vehicle stock
- Train junior staff, support sales growth, and deliver excellent customer service
Skills and Experience
- Experience in door installation and repairs, ideal
- Skilled with tools and equipment, with strong mechanical ability
- Great organisational and communication skills
- Full NZ driver's licence, as well as a strong H&S focus
- Reliable, innovative, and driven to deliver premium-quality work
