  • The ability to organise effectively, proactively, be adaptable, multi task and meet deadlines
  • The ability to work well independently as well as in a team
  • A clean driver's licence

With your own dedicated customers to oversee the role will involve the following:

  • Accurately gathering customer information in order to enable right fix first time approach
  • Scheduling bookings and entering them into our systems correctly and efficiently
  • Answering all incoming enquiries via phone/email following R.S. Lane process
  • Liaising with both private customers and Insurance companies and advising of work required
  • Assist with customer check ins when dropping of their vehicle for repair
  • Updating customers on progress of their vehicle repairs
  • Liaise with our operations/ logistics division to make sure all cars are ready on time
  • Follow up with customers upon completion of repairs following R.S. Lane process

Hours of employment are Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 5pm.

This role is on a 1 year fixed term contract with the posibillity of being offered a full time position after the 1 year term ends.

Please note we have four locations across the Wellington region: Petone, Porirua, Tawa & Wellington CBD and all candidates must be open to working at any location.
